Boulder Bundle Dinner Kit | SPRING Session

The Boulder Bundle Dinner Kit spring subscription is a nine-week membership-based program that features small bites, fresh local veggies, locally made pasta, sweet treats, and fresh-pressed cocktail (or mocktail) mixers. A portion of the proceeds of each sale are donated to the Colorado Healing Fund in support of the victims and families affected by the King Soopers shooting.

2021 BOULDER BUNDLE SPRING SESSION INFO

• Each weekly Boulder Bundle Dinner Kit consists of:
  • One 16oz bottle of fresh-pressed cocktail mixers from Cocktail Caravan, makes five cocktails or mocktails
  • Three different hors d’oeuvres each week from the amazing GB Culinary, six small bites total
  • A mini CSA share from Oxford Gardens, enough veggies to round out your meal each week
  • Small batch, handmade heirloom pasta from Pastificio Boulder, 16oz bag
  • Sweet treats from Shamane’s Bakery for two adults, unless you feel like sharing then more 🙂
  • A $10 donation to the Colorado Healing Fund, in support of the victims and families affected by the King Soopers shooting

• Boulder Bundle Dinner Kits cost break down to $66.56 per week
• The Spring 2021 session is nine weeks long with a pickup (or delivery) each week
• Shares will be available for pickup every Wednesday beginning April 7th and ending June 2nd from 4-6pm
• Weekly shares will feed a minimum of 2 people, more when adding your own protein
• Local delivery in Boulder every Wednesday 10-4pm for a flat rate of $20/session**
• Group orders delivered every Wednesday within a 20-mile radius for a flat rate of $20/session**
• Please note cocktail mixers do not contain alcohol

BOULDER BUNDLE MENU

Menus vary weekly, depending on what ingredients are fresh locally, but you can always expect cocktail mixers to be fresh and fun, veggies to be fresh-picked, small bite creations to be amazing, new pasta variations, and mouth-watering desserts.

Cocktail Caravan
Our vibrant cocktail mixers feature fresh, local produce and are not too-sweet, not too-tart, but balanced just right. Some of our favorites from the 2020 season:

Garden Gimlet: Fresh cucumber, ginger, serrano, lime, and basil. Mixes best with: gin, vodka, tequila, or sparkling water.
Frontier Fresca: Fresh watermelon, ginger, and lemon. Mixes best with tequila, bourbon, or sparkling water.
Beat the Heat: Fresh pineapple, habanero, lemon, and lime. Mixes best with tequila, mezcal, vodka, or sparkling water.

GB Culinary
Chef Grant’s technique-driven Colorado farm cuisine combines Paris, the South and the seasons. Expect to see produce and meat from GB Culinary’s own farm, Peachtree Farmstead, manifested into beautiful, bite-size creations that make your taste buds come alive.

Oxford Gardens
Early season we’ll see bibb lettuce, cucumbers, and watercress. As they’re ready you can expect heirloom tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, corn, eggplant, micro greens, peppers, summer and winter squash, kale, carrots, radishes, chard, specialty mushrooms, Hakurei turnips, peaches, apples, and pears (fruit from the Western Slope), and more.

Pastificio Boulder
The wholesome, heritage grains of organic producers are our primary ingredients, fresh-milled to preserve their unique nutrient density and flavor. From ditalini ragati and zucca to casarece, garganelli, and campanelle, each week features a different, fun fresh pasta variation.

Shamane’s Bakery
Petit fours, galettes, mini pies, pastries, cookies, and amazing desserts hand-crafted by a world-class, Boulder-based, pastry chef. Menu varies weekly and will always be freshly made and deliciously mouth watering.
