COVID-19 Safety

COVID-19: Safety is our top priority.

We value the health and safety of our community, clients, and team above all else. The unprecedented circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak have resulted in the following changes for our events, clients, and procedures. These guidelines are based on the Food and Drug Administrations best practices for retail food stores, restaurants, and food pick-up/delivery services during the COVID-19 pandemic. COVID-19 safety is our top priority.

 

EVENTS

  • On-site event services are suspended until state and local officials release stay at home orders. We are accepting inquiries and bookings for future dates and will offer complete flexibility for rescheduling due to COVID-19.
  • We are SO excited to gather and celebrate with all of you once state and local officials deem gathering in groups of any size to be safe again!

CLIENTS

  • Our clients, guests, and team members are kindly asked to stay at home should they not feel well.
  • When picking up orders, Clients are asked to maintain social distancing and minimize any physical contact.

COCKTAIL CARAVAN TEAM

  • Observe established food safety measurements as well as the following steps:
  • Gloves and face masks are worn during prep as well as at pickup locations and during drop-off.
  • Cocktail Caravan team members have their temperatures taken at the beginning of each shift.
  • Social distancing is practiced at all times during production, events, and delivery.
  • All high-touch areas of kitchen, delivery equipment such as coolers, vehicles, and Lolita, our mobile bar, are disinfected before, during (multiple times), and after use.
  • Bottles of Community Supported Cocktails (CSC) are disinfected before being delivered or picked up.
