Lazy Girl’s Guide to Mocktails
I’m going to be real with you. Just because we’re in the business, doesn’t mean we always drink fancy drinks.
Making a full-fledged fresh mocktail (or cocktail) is a LOT of work! That being said, after drinking like four Stanley mugs full of water during the day by the time I get home I’m ready to mix it up. The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Mocktails is the perfect middle ground solution— Goldilocks, if you will.
Lazy Girl Recipes
Feeling Extra Lazy
Don’t laugh! We’re keeping it simple and this is better than nothing after a long day when you’re just too dang tired to do anything else. Think of it as spa water for one.
Ingredients:
Orange, rosemary sprig, water.
Recipe:
Cut a beautiful orange slice and set it in an extra fancy glass of filtered water with a rosemary sprig. Let stand for a few minutes before drinking. Hint: Don’t cut corners on the glass, we’re already cutting corners on everything else.
Kinda Lazy But Mildly Motivated
Goldilocks was here, and she liked it. The cost benefit analysis on the amount of energy it takes to make this mocktail compared to what you get in your glass is in perfect balance. In this case, we do the hard work for you so you still get the perks of the vibrant flavor without the effort.
Ingredients:
Cocktail Caravan Fresh-Pressed Mixer, sparkling water. (Hint: Flavors vary seasonally, from rhubarb/ginger to cucumber/lavender, and everything in between.)
Recipe:
Add 1 part sparkling water and 2 parts Cocktail Caravan Fresh-Pressed Mixer to a glass with ice. Stir, garnish with something special, and enjoy.
