Description
Sweet Sophie was recently diagnosed with Multicentric Carpotarsal Osteolysis (MCTO) Syndrome, a crippling, life-altering disease that has no treatment or cure. This little Boulder resident needs all the help she can get from our amazing community and we’re donating 100% of profits from the sale of Sophie’s special mixer to Sophie’s Neighborhood. The non-profit, founded by parents Lauren and Hosea Rosenberg, is dedicated to furthering MCTO research and the search for a cure to help Sophie and other children across the globe. This 16-ounce bottle makes five cocktails or mocktails. Option to add-on to an existing Community Supported Cocktail share or order on it’s own. Available for local pickup or delivery only.
Sweet Sophie
A fundraising mixer
Fresh strawberry, raspberry, lemon with a touch of vanilla and a dash of simple
Sweet berries and tart citrus find balance while an underlying note of vanilla adds a slight layer of complexity and lovely finish. Not too sweet, not too tart. Pairs well with a splash of sparkling water for the kiddos or vodka, bourbon, or tequila for grown-ups!
HOW TO ENJOY
- In a COCKTAIL: Mix 3oz. of fresh mix with 1.5oz spirit of choice. Shaken, not stirred.
- In a MOCKTAIL: Mix 3oz of fresh mix with 1.5oz sparkling water of choice. Stirred, not shaken.

- Cocktail mixers are available for pickup in Denver or Boulder on Wednesday, September 23rd from 4-6pm, Longmont from 3-5pm, or delivery in Boulder for existing Community Supported Cocktails members.
- Each 16oz bottle contains five 3oz servings
- Mix does not contain alcohol
- Does not contain gluten, dairy, or nuts and is vegan (but is produced in a shared facility with other small business who may use these ingredients)
