We’re starting off 2021 right and paying it forward to support the arts. The best news is— you can too! Purchase this fundraising cocktail and 100% of proceeds benefit the Boulder Creative Collective. Each 16-ounce bottle makes five cocktails or mocktails. Available for local pickup ONLY. Pre-order by January 17th to guarantee availability. Pickup in DENVER or BOULDER on Tuesday, January 19th from 4-6pm.
The Empress
We love citrus-forward cocktails on cold winter days (Ahem, nights? Don’t judge.) and this grapefruit- and lemon-based cocktail checks all the boxes. Paired with a bit of ginger for a little zing and touch of cardamom for a layer of complexity, this beauty shines bright. Try with vodka, gin, blanco tequila, un-aged rum, or sparkling water.

Mix 3oz. fresh mix with 1.5oz spirit of choice. Shaken, not stirred.
