Vendor Spotlight: Ela Family Farms

Every great cocktail starts long before the first shake — it starts in the soil. This fall, we’re raising our glass to one of our favorite flavor partners: Ela Family Farms, a fourth-generation orchard tucked away in the rolling hills of Hotchkiss, Colorado.

THE BEET GOES ON: Fresh Ela Family Farms apples, ginger, and a hint of golden beets.

For more than 100 years, the Ela family has been growing the good stuff — apples, pears, and peaches that taste like sunshine and hard work. Their fruit is 100% organic, grown with care, and packed with that unmistakable Western Slope sweetness that only comes from generations of doing things the right way.

We love working with people who pour their hearts into what they grow, and it shows in every sip. This season, Ela’s crisp apples and juicy pears are the stars of our fall mixers — the perfect blend of tart, mellow, and magic. Think cool mornings, cozy sweaters, and the kind of golden afternoons that make you want to linger a little longer.

Here’s to the growers who make our mixers sing. Here’s to harvest season, hard work, and fruit that reminds us what Colorado tastes like. And here’s to you — for choosing local, one pour at a time.
